Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Nixplay frame, power adapter, and remote in the original box, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
