You can easily upload photos and videos via the Nixplay mobile app (available on iOS and Android), the Nixplay web app, or by emailing them directly to your frame's unique email address.

Does the frame require a Wi-Fi connection to work?

Yes, a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is required to receive new photos and updates. However, once photos are downloaded to the frame, they can be displayed without an active internet connection.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

What is the Nixplay return policy?
